What does Fitlife Online Coaching involve?
Coaching and classes are 2 very different things. I focus is on working together with you and coaching you to consistently progress towards your goals without completely disrupting your lifestyle. My plans focus on developing habits and behaviours that will stick with you long term. When developing your plan, I will take into account your goals, your current lifestyle, your work, your available time, your training history, your diet history, your struggles, your strengths, your weaknesses and lots more. I will empower you with the tools and knowledge so that you can continually chase down your goals long after you’re done with me.
With over 12 years coaching experience under my belt, I have seen it all.
I understand that consistency beats perfection every time. So developing a plan that allows you a degree of flexibility is key.
I understand that the most advanced thing you can do is the basics, consistently.

To help you develop a healthier mentality and approach when it comes to your diet, your training and your relationship with yourself.
What happens after you sign up?
When you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with the download link for our training app, a Par-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) to ensure you are medically cleared to exercise, and also a consultation form. Your consultation form will give me all the info I need to write your training plan (background on health, training, nutrition, equipment available, days available to train etc.) and I can tailor your training plan to your level and goals.
Each workout is delivered on the app where there are workout/exercise instructions and tutorial videos for each exercise. The goal with the training is repetition and progressive overload, so we look to improve weekly on reps/sets etc. You track and log each workout on the app, and then I can see it on my end which helps me to track your progression.
The app also syncs up with myfitnesspal and your fitbit/apple/garmin watch so we can monitor your calorie intake and daily steps/activities.
We have a community group within the training app which we use for support, general Q&A’s, meal ideas, etc.
We give all of our members access to a whole range of extras including over 20 of our very own recipe books consisting of 30 recipes each (each meal with bar codes which can be scanned directly into myfitnesspal), guides to eating from your favourite fast food take outs, general tips and lots more.
We use the coaching to help educate and simplify as much as possible when it comes to diet and nutrition. This is where the real value is. Coaching is a 2 way street and we will work together to determine the road blocks you face and come up with a solution that keeps you on the right path.
As your coach I monitor your workouts as they are completed on the training app. You can message or voice note any time through the app messenger and I will check in with you every week. This is where you get individual attention, discuss your progress so far and make any necessary changes to keep you progressing.
The 12 week plan costs €359. That’s the equivalent of a cup of coffee per day. The total can be paid upfront, in split, or in 3 x monthly payments.
