Quite simply my passion is helping people to get out of their slump and achieve their goals. Today more than ever, the diet and fitness industry has become a marketplace of misleading information, false products and dishonest services sold by people with very little motive other than to make a quick paycheck.

For me, the service we provide in our industry should be about more than just delivering workouts. People have different lives, different struggles, different obstacles and therefore everyone must be treated individually. It’s extremely important to remember that there is no one size fits all. What works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. I cannot expect a full time mom looking after 2 kids to get the same results, using the same program, as a person working part time with no kids. You see where i’m coming from? To get the best results for you and to build you the best plan, we need to know all these variables in your life and work together to overcome any obstacles along the way, because quite simply life happens and we must be prepared. And most importantly, we must never compare ourselves to others for that exact reason. Comparison is the thief of joy!

My story in short - In 2014 I finally listened to my gut, followed my passion, qualified as a personal trainer and opened my own business. I had always wanted a career in health and fitness, but like many of us I fell into a job I had no interest in or passion for and the years passed by very quickly. I was miserable. I felt so lost - like my life had no purpose or direction. I knew I needed to work with people and help them in some capacity. Long story short I quit my job and got my qualifications as a PT. I make a massive effort to keep studying, adding new qualifications every year and I will always aim to learn and improve. Also I have never been happier. Having achieved my own transformation both physically (i used to be extremely underweight) and mentally (i am very passionate about mental health), I know what it takes to work for and achieve your goals. My biggest piece of advice for anyone is just to start - take the first step and you’ll be amazed how things start to fall into place. Overcome your fear, get clear on your why and discover your worth!
